WHO AM I?

I'm Angel and I have been practicing meditation on and off for over 28 years.

Consistently now for 15 years. I had dabbled in meditation throughout life- going to yoga classes, workshops, listening to CDs etc

But it wasn't something I took seriously.


I started doing a regular meditation 'healing the inner child' by Louise Hay about 18 years ago for a few months and it had a profound effect on my life. Things started to really change for me. I was releasing a lot of past hurts and issues connected to my inner child. So I started meditating regularly.

Now I take the time to meditate every day, even if it is only for a few minutes sometimes.
